Skilled Wound Care is hiring Plastic Surgeons in Austin, TX to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. Practice focuses on wound healing with no-call, Monday–Friday options and no overhead of running a private practice.

Open background welcomed; training in wound care provided. Competitive, per-patient/per-procedure pay with quarterly bonuses; strong income potential for full-time or part-time commitment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical/debridement procedures and bedside wound care.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Apply advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborate with staff in skilled nursing facilities to manage patient healing.
