Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Vascular Surgeon in Arlington, VA to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. The role emphasizes a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule with the flexibility of full-time or part-time work.

You’ll apply vascular expertise to arterial, venous, and diabetic wounds while maintaining surgical skills. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, with an unrestricted license in the state, and a DEA license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practice state.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds, including arterial, venous and diabetic ulcers.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.
