Job summary

Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, seeks a Vascular Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in Santa Rosa, CA. The role blends vascular expertise with chronic wound management, offering a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule and the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment.

You will perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures, evaluate complex arterial/venous wounds, and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to advance patient healing.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Medical License: Unrestricted license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA License: Active or eligible to obtain one.
• Open Background: Welcoming to surgeons from all backgrounds; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds and related arterial/venous/diabetic ulcers.
• Advanced wound dressings and protocols; specialized wound care management.
• Collaborative care with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute teams to monitor healing.
