Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This no-call, Monday–Friday role allows you to maintain surgical skills while focusing on wound management.

You will evaluate complex wounds, perform debridement, and participate in a multidisciplinary team. A MD/DO and state medical license are required; wound care training is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No prior wound care experience required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and bedside debridement and related procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing wounds including arterial, venous, and diabetic ulcers.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound protocols in a interdisciplinary setting.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities to monitor patient healing progression.
