Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across Inland Empire, CA. This no-call role offers steady income without the overhead of running a practice, with flexible full-time or part-time options and per-patient, per-procedure pay plus bonuses.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, an unrestricted license in California, and is comfortable working in post-acute care settings.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (California or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background: surgeons from various backgrounds considered; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting.
