Skilled Wound Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking General Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives across SNFs. Enjoy a no-call Monday–Friday schedule with full- or part-time options, allowing you to maintain surgical skills outside the traditional OR setting.

This role offers autonomy, clinical impact, and reduced administrative burden through our custom documentation software, while providing comprehensive wound care training and opportunities to improve patient outcomes in the community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the practicing state (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background welcomed; no prior wound care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical and bedside debridement and other procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds.
• Utilize advanced dressings and wound care protocols.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post-acute teams to follow patients through healing.
