Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Contract Technical Representative to support NMCI/NGEN IT services at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF in Bremerton, WA.

This is a full-time professional role handling user accounts, asset tracking, and service requests within a Navy contracting environment. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least 2 years IT support experience, proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office, and CompTIA certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of NMCI/NGEN contracts and IT policies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts and access using NMCI NET and Active Directory.
• Create and submit purchase requests for new items.
• Asset management and issuing NMCI assets.
• Troubleshoot desktop issues and provide solutions or workarounds.
• Provide NET MACs and support for NMCI/NGEN and collaborate with IT teams.
• Provide monthly inventory reports on usage and assets.
• Train users on IT tools and security practices.
• Interface with government users and assist with escalations.
