Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support services.
• Minimum 2 years of college in IT-related curriculum.
• Excellent technical, organizational and planning skills, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide NAVSUP HQ NMCI/NGEN support and diagnostics for end users.
• Maintain metrics, administration, planning, inventory and documentation.
• Assist in NMCI order processing and track MAAD/eSRF forms.
• Support end users and site operations with hardware/software issues; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Participate in meetings and protect NAVSUP HQ interests concerning technical and program issues.
