Job summary

One Medical, based in New Jersey, seeks an Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to provide high-quality primary care within a patient-centered team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform acute and chronic visits, and conduct tele health when needed.

You will engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams, applying your clinical training to deliver high-value care and in-office procedures where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient care plus 1 year in urgent care or a primary care fellowship.
• State licensed in New Jersey, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing your clinical training with opportunities for in-office procedures.
