Job summary

One Medical, based in Boston, seeks an Advanced Practitioner (FNP or PA) to provide primary care across in-office, testing centers, and tele-health visits. You will participate in Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year plus a related fellowship/urgent care.
• State license in Massachusetts obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits as needed.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.
