Job summary

Candidates must hold MA license and national certification; at least 2 years outpatient primary care in the last 5 years (or 1 year with fellowship/urgent care). The base salary ranges from $145,400 to $173,800 annually.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs (acute, chronic, well visits).
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for multi-state virtual care.
