Job summary

One Medical is hiring an Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) in West Hollywood, CA, to provide in-person and tele-health primary care across a patient panel, including acute and chronic care as well as well visits.

The role emphasizes continuous learning through Clinical Rounds, collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams, and opportunities to perform in-office procedures within a full-time framework.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensure in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year outpatient with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and perform occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
