Job summary

Rinse Inc is hiring for a New Jersey delivery/operations role. The onsite position supports both cleaning and delivery operations, ensuring customer orders meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Training starts at $20/hour, rising to $22/hour after 30 days, with equity vesting after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight transport, or 3PL is a plus.
• Problem solver biased toward action and able to handle challenges.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can work late evening shifts.
• Willing to adapt to change and ambiguity; comfortable with various tech tools.
• Experience with PC apps like Email, Word, Excel and mobile apps.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; able to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are ready for delivery via quality and inventory checks.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and support Valets during shifts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify operational challenges and work with Corporate Operations to improve efficiency.
• Occasionally drive delivery routes to gain on-ground experience.
