Job summary

Rinse New York is seeking a Local Operations Associate to execute all delivery and cleaning tasks as we scale our New York market. You will ensure orders meet quality standards and are prepared for delivery, with deliveries completed on time by our Valets.

The role offers growth for fast learners in a dynamic startup, with training, benefits, and equity opportunities after 90 days. Strong reliability for evening shifts, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years in logistics, freight transport, or 3PL is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are ready for delivery by quality and inventory checks.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and support Valets during shifts.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to deliver exceptional service.
• Report operational challenges and help improve processes in New York.
• May drive occasional delivery routes to gain on-ground experience.
