One Medical is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey to join a patient-centered primary care team. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth care, and collaborate with in-person and virtual clinicians.

Ongoing learning happens through Clinical Rounds and team huddles. Eligible candidates hold national certification, state licensure in NJ, and have recent experience in outpatient primary care.

Formación

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care for at least 2 years (or 1 year with a 1-year fellowship/1+ year urgent care).
• State licensed in New Jersey, obtained by start date at One Medical.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and conduct occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
