Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a seasoned Medicaid Liaison in New Jersey to ensure LTC Medicaid eligibility processes are completed accurately and timely. The candidate will perform financial assessments, explain eligibility requirements to residents and representatives, and collaborate with county Boards of Social Services and OCCO Office.

This role requires at least two years of LTC NJ Medicaid experience, strong knowledge of NJ Medicaid rules and regulations, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Two years or more experience with New Jersey Long Term Care (Nursing Home) Medicaid.
• Experience with New Jersey Medicaid rules of eligibility.
• Ability to perform financial assessments of residents and explain Medicaid to residents.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
