You will collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in insurance coverage disputes, conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and argue in court. The role emphasizes strong communication and negotiation skills and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey state bar membership.
• 8–10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills including depositions and motions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.
