Job summary

Resonetics in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to drive the introduction of new systems for Nitinol Tube/Wire production. You will collaborate with QA and Production to ensure quality, yield, and process validation, including creating flow charts and work instructions.

You will lead continuous improvement, mentor operators, and support machine validation activities while maintaining GMP standards and Lean principles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering with 2+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems (SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to read procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of manufacturing through final stages of production readiness and ensure quality and integrity.
• Develop flow charts, PFMEA's, and Control Plans for products transferring to production.
• Provide technical support for assigned development products on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively with operators and other departments.
• Lead and mentor to foster engineering and safety best practices.
• Apply GMP principles to all processes and promote a lean mindset.
• Introduce and set up manufacturing capacity for Nitinol Tube/Wire.
• Review procedures for compliance and obtain approvals.
• Develop and improve production yields through new process controls.
• Work with manufacturing to promote Lean Principles in design and planning.
• Support machine validation activities for smooth production transition.
• Document tasks: prints, work instructions, specs, studies and reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Determine job cost baselines and assist in training.
• Weekly/monthly reporting of activities and performance attributes.
• Occasional customer liaison; may assume project management.
• Apply statistics (DOE, SPC, Capability Studies) as needed.
