The Judge Group is seeking a Sales Account Coordinator with Nissan experience to manage existing customer accounts, coordinate pricing activities, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Shelbyville, TN. The role focuses on pricing coordination, designing changes, and securing customer approvals.

Ideal candidates have Nissan account and pricing expertise, strong communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and finance.

Formación

• Must have Nissan Account Representative experience including, pricing, Nissan system, and design change support.
• GM, Ford, and Honda customer support preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least four years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and approximately three years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer pricing changes resulting from engineering changes, utilizing internal PIR processes.
• Prepare and submit pricing revisions to customers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Meet with customers to review pricing and design changes and obtain pricing confirmation and approval.
• Support account financial activities, including overdue receivables, payment issues, freight disputes, packaging costs, and nonconforming shipments.
• Maintain customer forecasts, pricing records, tooling information, account status updates, and customer contact lists.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, cost estimating, finance, and management to resolve customer and program-related issues.
• Support RFQs, customer presentations, technical reviews, and approved new-business opportunities.
• Assist with annual and midterm sales planning and maintain strong customer relationships.
