Role Overview: Ninja Coach (Full-Time, On-Site – Deerfield, IL)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Ninja Coach to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead obstacle-based classes, motivate and encourage kids, and create a safe, fun, and engaging experience. You’ll play a key role in helping children gain confidence, build skills, and have a blast along the way. Perfect for teens or adults who love staying active and working with kids.

What You’ll Do

• Lead exciting ninja classes and guide kids through obstacle challenges
• Host and coach birthday parties—keeping things fun, safe, and organized
• Keep kids engaged, confident, and smiling throughout every session
• Communicate with parents to ensure a warm, welcoming experience
• Set up and break down equipment for classes and parties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in physical training, gymnastics, coaching, or obstacle courses
• Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, camp counseling, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and keep kids engaged
• Knowledge of safety practices and injury prevention
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a team-player mindset
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Education or experience in physical education, fitness, or youth programs is a bonus
