Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Director located in Deerfield, IL. The Fitness Director will oversee and manage all aspects of the fitness program, including group exercise, group training, and exercise physiology. Daily tasks include creating fitness programs, instructing group classes, providing exercise physiology expertise, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The Fitness Director will also be responsible for managing staff, training employees, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
