What You’ll Do:

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations
• Work with different teams to optimize financial processes
• Assist in month-end financial close, including but not limited to adjusting journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue and expense analysis
• Oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring proper entries are made and reconciled in a timely manner
• Collaborate with department members to ensure monthly close process occurs in a timely, coordinated manner
• Work closely with AP to ensure statements are reviewed and invoices are entered and coded correctly
• Work closely with AR to ensure project compliance is up to date and billings completed in timely fashion
• Compile year-end audit work papers as required in order to assist in facilitating the annual external audit process
• Additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Professional applications
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Business Central experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Ability to follow directions and complete assignments
• Ability to write legibly
• Ability to read small type
• Ability to work hours as scheduled
• Consistent and regular attendance

*The pay range for this position is $55k-$70k annually
