Job summary

Learfield is seeking an NIL Partnerships Solutions Coordinator at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. This entry-level role focuses on supporting student-athlete marketing campaigns, tracking inventory, coordinating deliverables, and assisting with reporting for NIL deals.

You will collaborate with internal property staff, student-athletes, and brand partners to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of NIL campaigns within a single property.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute NIL deal activations and ensure deliverables meet fair market value.
• Track NIL inventory across proposed, sold, and available assets and report updates.
• Liaise between internal teams, student-athletes, and brand partners and athletics as needed.
• Participate in gameday operations and NIL activations at home games and events.
• Support sales, fulfillment, or operations duties as directed by property leadership.
• Work 40 hours per week including events outside traditional hours.
