Job summary

Learfield in Oxford, MS is seeking an experienced NIL Associate Partnership Solutions Manager to lead activation of NIL partnerships on campus, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, in-venue and broadcast platforms.

You will manage a portfolio of partners, ensure contractual deliverables are met, collaborate with sales and university NIL teams, and translate brand objectives into student-athlete activations with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sponsorship activation, NIL partnerships, influencer marketing, or event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage partners or projects with accountable outcomes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; crosses functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with interpreting contracts and sponsorship assets across channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and planning/CRM tools; availability for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIL partners and lead execution of contractual deliverables.
• Serve as primary liaison between partners, student-athletes, and NIL teams.
• Coordinate approvals and maintain documentation for NIL partnerships.
• Maintain timelines, activation schedules, and deliverable tracking.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to brainstorm and pitch NIL campaigns.
• Support strategic planning, recaps, and renewal discussions.
• Guide coordinators or game day staff during activation cycles.
• Identify opportunities to improve NIL activation processes.
