Job summary

Learfield seeks a proactive NIL Partnership Solutions Manager to lead day-to-day activation of NIL partnerships on campus, connecting brands with student-athletes through impactful campaigns while supporting traditional sponsorship activations.

In this role, you’ll serve as the lead activation contact for NIL partners, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, in-venue, and broadcast platforms. You’ll also mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sponsorship activation or NIL partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex NIL campaigns independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead NIL campaign activation for a portfolio of partners.
• Act as primary liaison between brand partners, student-athletes, and university stakeholders.
• Manage NIL logistics: coordination, content approvals, tracking, payments.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, events, and compliance teams.
• Lead recaps, reporting, and renewal discussions; plan for accounts.
• Mentor coordinators and game-day staff on NIL execution.
• Identify process improvements and adopt NIL tools/workflows.
• Represent the property at partner meetings and events.
• Ensure NIL activities align with Learfield, NCAA/state NIL laws and policies.
