Job summary

Washington State University in Spokane, WA seeks a Research Study Coordinator to provide clinical and organizational support for NIH-funded center grant projects within the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. You will coordinate studies from submission to reporting, including IRB submissions, study design, recruitment, sample handling, and progress reporting.

The role is full-time, 12-month, with steps within the salary range and overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework in a relevant area and two years of experience as a Research Study Assistant.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours and pass CITI and blood-borne pathogen training within one month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research trials/studies from submission to reporting.
• Prepare and maintain lab facilities and participants; assist with sample processing.
• Provide department administrative support and assist multiple projects.
