Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; BA with significant relevant experience considered.
• Knowledge of NIH funding processes and RePORTER is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex research activities across multiple teams and institutions.
• Track deliverables, milestones, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding of subawards and independent contractors; manage documentation.
• Develop workflow documentation to promote consistent communications and efficient operations.
• Prepare post-event reports and summaries; monitor resources and risks.
• Support project leadership to align activities with NIH priorities and goals.
