Marie Detty Youth & Family Service Center Inc is seeking an overnight supervisor to provide daily supervision of residents, implement activity schedules, and coordinate services to meet client needs in a secure, respectful environment.

The role requires maintaining confidential records, complying with reporting laws, and fostering trauma-informed care while supporting youth and families. Candidates should be 21+, have relevant education, and pass background checks.

Qualificações

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field preferred with at least one year experience.
• Must pass FBI background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily supervision of residents and ensure client needs are met.
• Implement the daily program schedule and organize activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client identities and records.
• Document and report suspected child abuse or neglect as required by law.
• Maintain shift notes, incident reports, and logs daily.
• Transport clients to school and activities as needed.
