Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, and targeted treatments. You will identify pests, apply approved products, and communicate solutions to customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to learn pest control techniques in a safety‑driven environment. On‑the‑job training and a benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Available to work Mon-Fri and weekends.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in pest control.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills to follow product label instructions.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand product reach to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle.
