Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Technicians to deliver residential pest control services. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and provide prevention advice while following safety regulations.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, and contributing to sales efforts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in varying conditions with PPE

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers.
