Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management services, inspections, and treatments. You will educate customers, schedule visits, and help expand service offerings while maintaining equipment and following safety regulations.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to work in various environments, with PPE provided. Benefits start day 1 for full-time colleagues; strong commitment to safety and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Licenses/certificates as required by local regulations (covered by us).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for following product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and how to reduce future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is stocked and in good condition.
• Adhere to all regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle.
