Mercy in Saint Louis, MO is hiring a Respiratory Therapist for direct patient care during the night shift (7 pm–7:30 am). You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to assess and adjust respiratory therapy per orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current state licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
• RRT credential required; PALS may be required for ER.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care as ordered by physicians.
• Consult with physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Act as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Performs duties as assigned.
