Work independently and with leaders to ensure food safety and quality standards are met. The role requires troubleshooting proficiency, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate data recording on production reports.

Qualifications

• Pass Ramsay Tests: Electrical and Mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Read and follow complex instructions from manuals, blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/NEC compliance and safe operation of power equipment.
