Job summary

Leclerc Foods USA, Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to inspect, troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The role supports all manufacturing areas and emphasizes safe practices, preventive maintenance and plant availability. The position requires a Technical Associate Degree or accredited apprenticeship, 3 years of related experience, and knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred).

Qualifications

Technical degree or apprenticeship in a technical field is required.
Three years of applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic systems and PLCs; Allen-Bradley preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.
Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic systems and components.
Install equipment, wiring or programs to meet specifications.
Document corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize plant availability.
Follow safety, GMP and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Provide guidance to operators on safe operation of equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance as directed and work overtime/weekends as needed.
Ensure proper start-up/shutdown in line with safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
