Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform production maintenance across the Fulfillment facility, tackling breakdowns, startups, and process improvements while supporting continuous improvement efforts. You will work Sunday night through Thursday night, 11pm to 7am, using the CMMS for work orders, reading schematics, and repairing mechanical/electrical systems.

Safety and GMP guidelines are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years' experience in industrial/plant maintenance
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase systems
• Experience with bearings, pulleys, belts, lubricants
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and PLCs

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow facility processes including PPE
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
• Improve safety, reliability, and efficiency through maintenance
• Use CMMS to schedule and document work daily
• Diagnose and repair machinery including mechanical drives and valves
