Job summary

Cone Health in Burlington, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care under supervision, applying nursing knowledge and collaborating with the care team to promote positive patient outcomes.

The RN will coordinate patient care through the nursing process, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, document accurately, and support care plan development and adjustment to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Experience in a clinical specialty is preferred.
• RN license in North Carolina or Compact state required.
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the assigned unit to ensure direct and proper patient care.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepare nursing processes including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
