Job summary
Archer, partnering with Oracle, seeks an Associate Data Center Services Support for an overnight/off-hours shift. You will perform on-site hardware installation and troubleshooting with supervision, assist with cabling validation, and monitor ticket queues to address basic incidents while escalating complex issues to senior technicians.

Qualifications
- Overnight/off-hours shift
- End-to-end hardware installation and troubleshooting with supervision
- Cabling validation and problem solving to establish error-free connections
- Monitoring, reviewing and analyzing ticket queues and system logs
- Escalation of complex issues to senior technicians
- Attending trainings to bridge skill gaps and learn new technologies
- Serving as a technical liaison to identify resiliency, reliability, and availability risks
Responsibilities
- Datacenter Services Operations-Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: conduct on-site hardware installation, removal and troubleshooting with supervision, replacing server components and upgrades for existing customers
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: monitor, review and analyze ticket queues and logs, address basic incidents and escalate complex issues
- Implement technical solutions to improve reliability within SLAs and escalate issues affecting environments
- Safety, Security, Compliance, and Documentation: follow SOPs/MOPs, comply with site rules and security controls
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines during on-site work at customer locations and in offices
