This position has a residency waiver and will accept applications from residents and non-residents of Colorado. It is open to legal residents of the United States. Applicants from outside Colorado must relocate at their own expense prior to start date.

The Division of Facilities Management plans, designs, constructs, operates, maintains, and manages CDHS facilities and campuses to promote safety, sanitation, and an effective environment for clients, youth, residents, consumers, and staff, enhancing quality of life.
Facilities managed include Colorado Mental Health Hospital at Fort Logan, Department of Human Services, Wheat Ridge Regional Center, Division of Youth Services facilities, and support to the Veterans Community Living Center. Total facilities are approximately 1.9 million sq. ft. across multiple sites in the Northern Region.
This role provides operations and maintenance for the physical plant equipment within the Heat plant and related facilities, performing operational functions, maintenance, repairs, and ensuring equipment longevity. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, dispatching service calls, coordinating maintenance, and documenting compliance and tasks.
