The operator will drive forklift when needed, follow production schedules, and contribute to cost, quality, and service goals through proactive scheduling and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bander and related equipment, including setup and teardown.
• Place bands, stretch-wrap, unit tags, and cover sheets correctly.
• Scan barcodes and ensure correct unit stacking patterns.
• Maximize equipment utilization and report production data and status.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to the production schedule.
• Submit maintenance requests and proactively suggest equipment improvements.
