Job summary

Supportability is seeking a Nights Support Worker to join Cheddle Lodge, a warm 13-bed home providing person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex physical disabilities. The role involves supporting residents' daily routines, building meaningful relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays; 20 hours per week on a permanent part-time basis.

We’re looking for a Nights Support Worker to join our team at Cheddle Lodge.

Cheddle Lodge is a warm, friendly and settled 13 bed home that provides person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism and complex physical disabilities. It’s a calm and welcoming environment, where the home thrives on the strong, supportive relationships built between residents, staff, families and carers, creating a sense of stability, trust and genuine connection in daily life.

What we are looking for;

  • Are willing to work flexibly to cover shifts that will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written (including basic IT skills)

Time to rest and reset

  • 30 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro‑rata for part‑time staff), increasing with service. Taking time off is encouraged because rest matters.
