Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, seeks a Supervisor for Sterile Processing (Nights) to lead the SPD team in a high-volume hospital setting. The role is full time/part time with 40 hours per week and shift hours from 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), CBSPD or HSPA certification, and 3+ years in SPD with supervisory experience. Five years in SPD is also noted. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Certification: CBSPD or HSPA required. Obtain Certified Endoscope Reprocessing Certification within 6 months of accepting position.
• Three years' experience in SPD with one year supervisory experience. Five years' experience in SPD.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sterile processing function of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Maintain and provide an adequate supply of sterilized products for the OR, nursing units, and other departments.
• Oversees and evaluates the performance of all support positions in the department.
