Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Supervisor for Sterile Processing on the night shift. You will oversee sterile processing operations and ensure steady supplies for the OR and nursing units, while supervising department staff.

Ideal candidates bring SPD experience with supervisory exposure and hold CBSPD or HSPA certifications, with a plan to earn Endoscope reprocessing certification within six months. This full-time role offers night hours 11:00pm–7:30am.

Qualifications

• Three years' SPD experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Five years' SPD experience.
• Certification required: CBSPD or HSPA.
• Be prepared to obtain Certified Endoscope Reprocessing Certification within 6 months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sterile processing function of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Maintain and provide an adequate supply of sterilized products for the OR, nursing units, and other departments.
• Oversees and evaluates the performance of all support positions in the department.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

College Degree Preferred

CBSPD Certification

HSPA Certification

Certified Endoscope Reprocessing Certification within 6 months
