Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Lead Sterile Processing Tech for the night shift (11:00pm–7:30am). You will help run the department, order supplies, and ensure sterile items for OR and affiliated facilities. A CBSPD or CRCST certification is required on hire, with two years of sterile processing experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Certification CBSPD or CRCST on hire.
Two years in healthcare sterile processing or surgical area.
Preferred: two years leading or staff education experience.
Proficiency in Outlook required.

Responsibilities

Assist in running the department when supervisor is unavailable.
Inform management of items and supplies to order and locate instrumentation.
Oversee daily departmental needs.
Provide hospital facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment.
Follow procedures for decontamination, packaging, sterilization and case cart setup.
