CraftMark Bakery, LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Facilities Technician to operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration and plant utilities for safe, efficient production in a controlled environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ammonia refrigeration, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and adherence to IIAR/ASHRE/EPA safety standards. Night shifts (2-2-3), sign-on bonus, and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in HVACR or related certificates strongly preferred.
• 5+ years operating and maintaining ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of IIAR safety standards and P&ID interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain ammonia refrigeration and plant utility systems.
• Repair boilers, HVAC, chillers, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Maintain water treatment and sanitary systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document activities and support the Emergency Response Team.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to uphold PSMA compliance and safety.
