Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Facilities Technician to join a modern, highly automated bakery complex. You will operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration, boilers, HVAC and other plant utilities, while ensuring safety and compliance with food safety standards.

You will work nights on a 2-2-3 schedule with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. A strong mechanical background and IIAR/ASHRE knowledge are preferred, along with teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with IIAR, ASHRE, ASME, EPA, OSHA or similar safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain plant utility systems for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain and monitor ammonia refrigeration systems; operate boilers, HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, air dryers, and freezers.
• Maintain water treatment, potable/non-potable water systems; repair doors and building infrastructure.
• Support regulatory compliance and the Plant Maintenance team; participate in Emergency Response Team.
