The role involves maintaining equipment, following GMP and safety policies, and working long hours as needed. Compensation starts at $25-$35 per hour based on experience, with benefits and a traditional production environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix electrical issues.
• Repair and maintain machinery.
• English; good communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to safety.

Aufgaben

• Monitor water treatment facility performance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain refrigeration systems and proper cold room temperatures.
• Inspect electrical systems and troubleshoot faults.
• Install and startup production machines and equipment.
• Resolve maintenance issues with minimal production disruption.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety rules.
• Keep maintenance records and update logs regularly.
• Track equipment usage and maintain GMP compliance.
