Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Janitorial Night Manager to own service quality after dark across client sites. You will visit 3–4 buildings nightly, audit scopes, verify hotspots are spotless, and coach independent contractor crews to uphold our standards.

You lead through relationships, not pressure, ensuring each site meets expectations before you leave and you’ll coordinate with day managers to brief clients. This is a full-time, year-round role with room to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience. Janitorial strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3–4 client buildings nightly for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope and verify hotspots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the cleaning process through relationships.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas to ensure every site meets standards.
• Submit photo recaps for day managers to brief clients.
