Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Janitorial Night Manager in Las Vegas. You will own service quality after dark by visiting multiple client buildings, auditing scopes, and coaching independent contractor crews to meet standards.

You’ll lead through relationships rather than pressure and ensure every site shines before you leave. Applicants should have hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and dilution stations.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3 to 4 buildings per night for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hotspots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas to ensure every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps for day managers to brief clients.
