Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking a Janitorial Night Manager to own service quality after dark. You will visit 3–4 client buildings each night, audit the scope, and ensure every area meets our standards before you leave.

You lead through coaching and relationships with independent contractor crews, not force, and you detail hard-to-reach areas so every site shines. This full‑time role offers year‑round work and opportunities to grow into account management or operations

Qualifications

• Hands-on janitorial or facilities experience, janitorial strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and dilution stations.
• Skill leading and influencing crews through relationships, not force.
• Ability to read, memorize, and verify a scope of work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for nightly visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit 3 to 4 buildings mid or end of clean for final walkthroughs.
• Audit each scope of work and verify hot spots are spotless.
• Coach contractor crews on the City Wide team cleaning process.
• Detail hard-to-reach areas yourself so every site shines.
• Submit photo recaps so day managers can brief clients.
