Job summary

Trash Butler is seeking energetic individuals to join the Butler Plus team for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities in Richardson, TX. Training is provided if you have no prior experience.

Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash, using the field app, and transporting waste with an open-bed pickup. You’ll work Sunday-Thursday evenings from 8:00pm for about 2–3 hours, with growth opportunities in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitively.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as authorized driver.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned tote/cart to collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
• Use Trash Butler’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Communicate with your supervisor to maintain efficient workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents.
